TREMENDOUSLY INCREASE YOUR WELL BEING TODAY
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: Simply choose either the “Suicide Prevention” or the “Stop Bullying” programs and plan on focusing on one of them for about 2-4 months. Then simply watch or listen either way to a “WEEK A” video once each day for one week then alternate with the “WEEK B” video once each day for another week then repeat this daily schedule consistently for 2-4 months. Always use stereo head phones with a frequency response rate of 20 Hz - 20 kHz or greater. If desired for extra effect you may choose to perform the following technique immediately before performing your sessions.
NOTE ABOUT ENTRAINMENT: Be certain to only do one entrainment session “WEEK A” sessions (any session that states “Hz”) per day only, for one week only, then take seven days off of entrainment, then perform non entrainment “WEEK B” sessions once daily for one week, then repeat. Do Not over use the brain wave entrainment sessions provided at or through this web site. For any day that you perform entrainment, use entrainment from either this business or another business, but do not perform both, for that day, do one or the other, as the entrainment on this web site is very powerful and over doing it is completely unnecessary.
STEP 1: Take a moment to close your eyes and then visualize or imagine (either way will work) that you are now completely content and at peace and it seems just like it did at some point in the past where you actually felt completely content and at peace and so try and remember that sense and pretend that you are now reliving that same sense right now.
STEP 2: Then say out loud the following affirmations as if that moment had given you a sense of complete certainty and clarity of fully realizing the affirmations.
“I am a responsible and respectable person.”
“I forgive myself and others so I can be at my best without being confrontational.”
“I am a safe, positive and good person.”
STEP 3: Then focus on your body and ask yourself out loud: “Why do I feel so good about all of this?”
STEP 4: Then while continuing to focus on your body answer the question by stating: “Because after getting up this morning I _____.” Be sure to fill in the blank space with a detail of how your day has unfolded since getting up be as brief or detailed as you like.
STEP 5: Then state out loud: “And that’s why I feel so good right now.”
STEP 6: Then proceed to watching or listening to one of the “WEEK A/B” videos. Beginners should start on “WEEK A” sessions. It is highly recommended to perform sessions while performing the breathing technique in a sitting (try to find a very relaxed position with your head resting on the back of a chair or sofa) or laying position. So if your going to sit and watch then find some sort of extremely relaxing chair that you can really get in a relaxed position in and yes you can view this video from a distance no problem. For those of you who want to try some of your sessions laying down, it is perfectly ok, as long as you have your head phones on it will still work, even though you won’t be watching the actual video either way it is highly recommended to perform the breathing technique in a relaxed position while performing the session.
STEP 7: Perform the breathing technique for the duration of the session, yes the full 20 minutes. Do not move your limbs while performing this technique as that will help you relax. You will know that you are relaxed once your body becomes completely numb or asleep while your mind is awake. Simply say out loud “So it is.” then breathe in fully with entire lungs, then briefly hold your breath with lungs still open for about 2-4 seconds, then say out loud “Let go.” right as you breathe out letting all the air out of your lungs all at once while letting go of your entire body at the same time. Your body will become numb or asleep while your mind will stay awake as you continue to relax. This relaxation technique may take over 20 minutes for some people to fully relax, if so I recommend continuing to relax with the breathing technique after the video stops for another 10-20 minutes, just be sure you never put the videos on loop. NOTE: If you prefer you do not have to do the breathing technique every time but it does help quite a bit so try it at least a few times.
